The Hero Notched Concave Disc blade features precision laser-cut scallops that bite aggressively into hard, sun-baked soils and chop bulky crop residue without riding over the surface.
Equipped with uniform notch depth and bevel consistency, this blade prevents gang plugging in wet or heavy-trash field conditions.
Scallops are CNC cut before heat treatment to eliminate edge thermal stress and prevent micro-fracturing along notch roots during extreme stone impacts.
